About your session
Your session guarantees ten professionally edited color images with no additional fees for wardrobe changes and the use of unlimited prop furnishings to compliment your setting and style.
Sessions typically last 1-2 hours and include a consultation to plan location, wardrobe and theme of your photographs.
Full resolution images are available on CD for an additional $2, and are available for free through zip file email exchange.
Every photo session includes a print release and unwatermarked images.
Cancellation Policy
We request that 48 hour notice be given for all cancellations. Pretty Bird Photography reserves the right to cancel sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions and cancellations are rescheduled at the discretion of the photographer.
Pretty Bird Photography reserves the right to cancel late sessions fifteen minutes after the missed appointment time, and will only be rescheduled at the discretion of the photographer. Late sessions will not be extended beyond your scheduled time, and all package guarantees are considered void and not subject to refund.
Pretty Bird Photography reserves the right to cancel all sessions at the discretion of the photographer for purposes of bad weather or lighting at any time.
Copyright and Licensing Information
All images produced by Pretty Bird Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and may not be altered, copied or used in any way without prior written consent of the copyright owner.
The images provided are licensed for personal use, including but not limited to printing and web publishing. Your license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Your purchase of the original files releases Pretty Bird Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Pretty Bird Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.
You hereby grant to Pretty Bird Photography the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, web site, advertisement, and editorial use. Pretty Bird Photography agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.
